Subject Dynamic ips in network

Can i have a multiple embedded brokers on different machines (all with
dynamic ip that can't be accesed from outside) all networked to a central
broker through a network connection (the central broker has a known and
accesible IP) in a hub topology sharing queues and/or topics for all
endpoints? (the embedded endpoints is for supporting server failures) 

This configuration only works if the central broker is also networked to
each endpoint. The problem is that i can't make a network connection to
endpoints because they aren't accesible. What should i do to fix this
problem?
