Why are you pointing to dtd in your xml file?
xsi:schemaLocation="http://www.springframework.org/schema/beans
http://www.springframework.org/dtd/spring-beans-2.0.dtd
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
Replace it with http://www.springframework.org/schema/beans/spring-beans.xsd
