You have to do the following when you start tomcat.

CATALINA_OPTS="$CATALINA_OPTS -Dcom.sun.management.jmxremote -Dcom.sun.management.jmxremote.port=1099
-Dcom.sun.management.jmxremote.ssl=false -Dcom.sun.management.jmxremote.authenticate=false"

I forgot to say that i try to start it within tomcat. Sorry!
The problem is tomcat. But i still not know how to solve it. There is no error message.
