Subject Master/Slave and Network of Brokers
Date Thu, 15 Jun 2006 08:29:21 GMT

Is it possible to have a Master/Slave setup ... and at the same time have a
network of brokers ?? Or put in another way, can a slave broker be a slave
of more than one master ??

In the Master / Slave setup, I have someting like this:

Host 1:
Broker A - Master to Slave Broker D
Broker B - Slave to Master Broker C

Host 2:
Broker C - Master to Slave Broker B
Broker D - Slave to Master Broker A

I was wondering if this is possible:

Host 1:
Broker A - Master to Slave Broker D
Broker B - Slave to Master Brokers C and A

Host 2:
Broker C - Master to Slave Broker B
Broker D - Slave to Master Brokers A and C

The idea then is for the JMS client to try 2 master first before failing to
the slave ??
