Date Fri, 28 Oct 2016 12:02:58 GMT

Robbie Gemmell updated ARTEMIS-268:
-----------------------------------
    Fix Version/s: 1.5.0

This is marked as a blocker but currently has no fix-version assigned, and so could be overlooked.
Assigning it with the next (1.5.0) release version to help ensure it gets considered.

> When doing a HelloWorld send+recv of a mesage via the broker using pre-settled 'no-ack'
type transfers, it was observed that each time the program was run 1 more additional message
would be received than before, with the messages from previous runs seemingly remaining on
the queue despite being consumed pre-settled.
