    ACTIVEMQ6-40 Update to the geronimo jms 2 spec JAR.

    Geronimo now has a JMS 2 spec jar published.  I've updated the ActiveMQ 6 code base to
point to it.  You were also missing apache parent, which is a requirement for apache maven
based projects.

You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:

    $ git pull geronimo-spec-jar

Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:

To close this pull request, make a commit to your master/trunk branch
with (at least) the following in the commit message:
