    JNDI implementation change + a few other fixes

    Run of the test-suite with these changes: http://messaging-09.jbm.lab.bos.redhat.com:8080/job/activemq6-param/14/#showFailuresLink
(all failure appear related to class conflicts between the existing selector implementation
and the one from ActiveMQ 5.x used by the OpenWire module).

You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:

    $ git pull https://github.com/jbertram/activemq-6 master

Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:

    https://github.com/apache/activemq-6/pull/34.patch

To close this pull request, make a commit to your master/trunk branch
with (at least) the following in the commit message:
