    Please do not merge.  I'd like to discuss test coverage of XA recovery before we merge
this PR.

    ActiveMQ6-6 Factor out WildFly XA Recovery
    Pulls out WildFly XA Recovery specifics into a different project.  Some
    XA recovery code is still present and is used as integration points for
    integrating TM XA recovery processes.
