> In Sessions.cs when an exception is received during the creation of a MessageConsumer
or MessageProducer ends up calling the close() method on the freshly created producer or consumer
which results in a call to send a RemoveInfo to the broker for the failed resource. The Broker
will log a message in this case indicating it can't remove a resource that hasn't been created.
We shouldn't be calling closed here since the resource was never fully opened.
