So far I haven't been able to find any leaking Threads.  If the name of the Thread that's
leaking is something along the lines of "ActiveMQ Connection Executor: " then its leaking
from the ThreadPoolExecutor.  If anyone wants to do a code review and see if they can spot
where its coming from you're more than welcome to.
