In dump C:\Program Files\DebugDiag\Reports\CrashHang_Report__SCOTApp.exe__10272012120620437.mht, threads 5572, 5292, 4840 and 4424 are our receiver threads. They could not receive any messages any more after we pluged/unplugged the network cable for a few times.
