Subject RE: Need to migrate off Confluence Wiki

With most of the projects I am involved with you don't need permission to edit the wiki, just
need to make an account...  Which is even easier then submitting a patch.  But static docs
work.  I just wanted to make sure the move to static docs from a wiki was because people wanted
static docs, not just because confluence was going away...

And also it make easier for people to contribute the docs, as they don't
need any permission to access wiki, but just submit a regular patch.
