Improve bstat command not to fail if MBean is deleted during processing
-----------------------------------------------------------------------

                 Key: AMQ-3790
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/AMQ-3790
             Project: ActiveMQ
          Issue Type: Improvement
    Affects Versions: 5.5.0
            Reporter: Dejan Bosanac
            Assignee: Dejan Bosanac
             Fix For: 5.6.0

BStat gets data in two steps, first it query all mbeans to display and then fetches their
attributes. It can happen that for example the queue is deleted in the process so fetching
properties for that queue fails. We should ignore this and return regular result result for
the rest of the mbeans.
