Yes 2 messages.

You can try out a LevelDB based message store for ActiveMQ 5.6-SNAPSHOT
I've been working at:
https://github.com/fusesource/fuse-extra/tree/master/fusemq-leveldb

It will optimize your case and only store the message once (and it also has
some other nice differences from KahaDB).
