Tim-

There isn't currently a unit test for the TimeStampingBrokerPlugin. I'd be more than happy
to write one. Is there a current plugin unit test that you suggest I should use as a starting
point?

Thanks,
Matt Pavlovich

> This patch adds support for not setting an expiration on messages that have already been
expired once before when using the TimeStampingBrokerPlugin. This helps deal with messages
when they are sent to a DLQ, and you don't want them to expire.
