Gary Tully resolved AMQ-3532.
-----------------------------

    Resolution: Fixed
      Assignee: Gary Tully

resolved in http://svn.apache.org/viewvc?rev=1181112&view=rev

duplicate cursor remove was leaving decrementing size twice. Additionally, there was contention
from doing expiry from a recovery listener.

> The durable subscription cursor pending message count can go negative and prevent dispatch
of later unexpired messages. Also, contention between dispatch and the expiry task can lead
to blocked dispatch.
