Subject [jira] [Updated] (AMQ-3411) Admin commands which take --amqurl should accept --user and --pass options
Date Fri, 22 Jul 2011 04:35:57 GMT

Allen Reese updated AMQ-3411:

    Attachment: AMQ-3411.patch

svn add activemq-console/src/test/java/org/apache/activemq/console
Must be done or the tests will be lost.

This patch adds:

" --user <user> Set the username to use connecting",
" --password <password> Set the password to use connecting",
" --factory <Class> Set connection factory that should be used
for creating connections",
" Must be a subclass of ActiveMQConnectionFactory",
" --passwordFactory <Class> Set class which will do password lookups",
" Must be a subclass of PasswordFactory",

And fixes the AmqMessagesUtil to use the connection factory so username/password are used
for the connections.

> While using the fix for AMQ-3410, I realized that username and password are not available
to be passed via command line.
> I'll add a new parameter --user and --pass to allow username and password to be passed
when --amqurl is passed.
