Gary Tully resolved AMQ-2806.
-----------------------------

         Assignee: Gary Tully
    Fix Version/s: 5.4.0
       Resolution: Fixed

r958921

add ref to activemq-camel (which needs some updates) and activemq spring and prefetch and
explain why pool does not pool consumers.
For message consumption, spring MLC with default concurrentConsumers=1 does the right thing
and with concurrentConsumers>1 can run into the issues related to prefetch.

> See: http://activemq.apache.org/maven/activemq-core/apidocs/org/apache/activemq/pool/PooledConnectionFactory.html.
This note concerning jencks is now out of date, and the ongoing recommendation seems to be
to use activemq-pool.
