transacted sessions over shared failover connection throws exceptions

                 Key: AMQCPP-292
             Project: ActiveMQ C++ Client
          Issue Type: Bug
          Components: Transports
    Affects Versions: 3.1.1
         Environment: Linux / gcc 4.3
            Reporter: Teemu Torma
            Assignee: Timothy Bish

Interleaved transacted sessions over single failover connection throw exceptions, as shown
by the modified simple producer example. It works fine without failover.
