HTTP transport fails with exception for messages larger than

                 Key: AMQ-2609
             Project: ActiveMQ
          Issue Type: Bug
          Components: Transport
    Affects Versions: 5.3.0
         Environment: win32
            Reporter: Krzysztof Szyntar

When using activemq with http transport and trying to receive large messages (~100KB), the
operation fails and the following exception is in the log file: encoded string too long: 219486 bytes

It may be caused by DataOutputStream.writeUTF implementation being limited to 64k string length.
