I also noticed the RedeliveryCounter comes through with a value of 24 the last time the message
is delivered.

1) Run the console once to create a message in a queue.
2) Run the console a second time starting a consumer.
3) Press enter twice to close consumer (after it is done redelivering).
4) Note message still in queue marked redelivered.
