Rob Davies updated AMQ-2403:
----------------------------

Description: There was a problem with memory limits not being set correctly for cursors
with cacheEnabled by default - where the cache wouldn't get cleared down when the destination
memory limit was reached. As this is now fixed - it makes sense to re-enable flow control
again - and revert AMQ-2318 (was: There was a problem with memory limits not being set correctly

the destination memory limit was reached. As this is now fixed - it makes sense to re-enable
flow control again)
