Output the JVM info being used by ActiveMQ

                 Key: AMQ-2113
             Project: ActiveMQ
          Issue Type: Improvement
          Components: Broker
    Affects Versions: 5.2.0, 5.1.0
            Reporter: Bruce Snyder
             Fix For: 5.3.0

It would be helpful to output information about the JVM being used by ActiveMQ when it is
started. Below is an example:

$ ./bin/activemq
Java Runtime: Apple Inc. 1.5.0_16 /System/Library/Frameworks/JavaVM.framework/Versions/1.5.0/Home
  Heap sizes: current=2031616k  free=1464368k  max=532742144k
    JVM args: -Xmx512M
-Dorg.apache.activemq.UseDedicatedTaskRunner=false -Dactivemq.classpath=/Users/bsnyder/src/activemq/trunk/assembly/target/apache-activemq-5.3-SNAPSHOT/conf;
ACTIVEMQ_HOME: /Users/bsnyder/src/activemq/trunk/assembly/target/apache-activemq-5.3-SNAPSHOT
ACTIVEMQ_BASE: /Users/bsnyder/src/activemq/trunk/assembly/target/apache-activemq-5.3-SNAPSHOT
