Subject [jira] Resolved: (AMQ-1579) Once stopped, TransportConnector cannot be restarted
Date Wed, 09 Apr 2008 14:26:39 GMT

Hiram Chirino resolved AMQ-1579.

Assignee: Hiram Chirino (was: Adrian Co)
    Resolution: Won't Fix

None of the Service classes were designed to be restartable. It adds complexity to the codebase
for a use case that is not that common. It easier to just create a new TransportConnector.

to be platform-independent.

> Once a TransportConnector is stopped, an attempt to start it appears to succeed, but
it never starts listening, as the "stopped" flag of ServerSupport is never reset to false.
