> ActiveMQ-CPP current has a class called DummyTransport that is part of the unit tests
suite. This class allows the creation of fake transports that mimic the various protocols
that the client supports. Recently some users have indicated that they wish to use this capability
in their own unit tests. As a result I propose that we change the DummyTransport to MockTransport
and move it into the main source area so its built as part of the library. The existing StompResponseBuilder
should also be moved into the main source tree as well.
> We also need to create an OpenWireResponseBuilder so that the MockTransport can be used
when testing against the openwire connector.
> These classes should be better documented to make it easier to use them, and the wiki
should be updated to make their existence known.
