I agree that we should at some point create a CMS interface for properties and create a class
internal to the activemq-cpp that wraps the real properties class since its eventually going
into the decaf lib..  This is a big change though as we'd have to change all commands classes,
which in the case of openwire means changing the source generation scripts. I'm not sure I'm
ready to tackle that beast right now.
