Nope, doesn't look like it worked.

Firstly, if I check out vs2005-activemq-cpp.sln it seems to have a blank 
line as its first line, which confuses Visual Studio.

All the files also still have UNIX line endings as far as I can tell. 
If you do svn propset svn:eol-style crlf on all these files, they will 
always come out right, regardless of the system or settings used to 
check them in or out.
