    Resolution: Fixed

Added code for setting the TCP_NODELAY on a TcpSocket.  The config option is simply tcpNoDelay
right now which is read in SocketFactory.cpp's createSocket, default is false for now unitl
we see if we need it to be on always.

So append tcpNoDelay=true to the URL and it will be enabled

Alternately the TcpSocket has a getter / setter for this option.
