Committed.. trunk rev: 439930

so now you can use any of these to set the limit (it is case insensitive) and ignores extra
spaces:
limit="20 MB"
limit="20M"
limit="20000 kb"
limit="20000 k"
limit="1G"
limit="1 gb"
limit="100000000"

rolled back the limitKb limitMb properties since I think it just pollutes the API.
