Fritz Oconer resolved AMQ-936.
------------------------------

    Fix Version/s: 4.1
       Resolution: Cannot Reproduce

Added a unit test "JmsSendReceiveWithMessageExpirationTest" in trunk source under activemq-core
module that would test consuming of expired messages. You may also try the examples in the
distribution by modifying the timeToLive property in build.xml.

> I have a sample app that sends a message to a queue, that has producer.setTimeToLive(5000);
> I take this to mean that any message sent via this producer will expire after 5 seconds
> When I attach a consumer and try to consume after ay 10 seconds the messages are delivered.
