Make kaha DB file size configurable

As I understand file size is set fixed to 32MB (http://www.nabble.com/forum/ViewPost.jtp?post=5285163&framed=y).
and I did not find a JIRA for it. I am creating it, just to make sure it is not forgotten.

If possible it would be great if wiki (http://www.activemq.org/site/kaha-persistence.html) was updated to explain when those queue-data files are rolled-over and removed, because people will be asking ;). Thanks.
