code for create the text message 

  p<IQueue>             queue, queue1 ;
  p<ITextMessage>       message;
  char Replay[300] // contains more then 252 char
  queue = session->getQueue("FOO.BAR") ;
  producer = session->createProducer(queue) ;
  consumer = session->createConsumer(queue) ;
  consumer->setMessageListener( smartify(this) ) ;
  message = session->createTextMessage(Replay);
  producer->send(message) ;
