Log:
Add calls to TIBCO API to turn on failover mode.
Add support for URL parameters:
   connection.ExceptionOnFTEvents
   connection.ExceptionOnFTSwitch
   connection.ConnAttemptCount
   connection.ConnAttemptDelay
   connection.ConnAttemptTimeout
   connection.ReconnAttemptCount
   connection.ReconnAttemptDelay
   connection.ReconnAttemptTimeout
