Subject [jira] [Commented] (APLO-304) Inconsistent documentation wrt connector buffer size options
Date Mon, 04 Mar 2013 06:59:13 GMT

Lionel Cons commented on APLO-304:

In this case, wouldn't be clearer to have only one parameter to tune this single buffer? Otherwise,
we may get bogus configs with the buffer size set in two different places to two different

If the only difference between the two is the auto-tuning, I would prefer an explicit parameter
for it. What about:
 - receive_buffer_size=integer: set the initial size of the receive buffer
 - receive_buffer_auto_tune=boolean: enable/disable auto-tuning

of the bind attribute URL? both?
