Unfortunality, Bndtools automatically creates a "packageinfo" file with "version=1.0" as soon as you export the package. I faced the same problem in the past, but prefer to use "package-info.java" to add javadoc for my packages as well. Maybe we should do the same? So as I said, I would still change versions for packages inside the Bndtools view and not in the "packageinfo" file. Yes it is a workspace patch :) And I used subclipse to checkout the projects, because it is easier to just let it also create a patch, and had never problems until now :P The fact that "svn:propset" are inlcuded is, because I had to add "generated" folders to the ignoring list.
