Try the static method AccumuloInputFormat.addIterator(job, new
IteratorSetting(...)).

Note that the method isn't idempotent. To clear the iterators on a job you
can
call job.getConfiguration.unset("AccumuloInputFormat.ScanOpts.Iterators")
(but that isn't officially part of the public API)
