Thai,

Why are you not using the slf4j jars inside ACCUMULO_HOME/lib?

Can you successfully run these commands:

jar tf /usr/local/Cellar/accumulo/1.7.0/lib/slf4j-api.jar
jar tf /usr/local/Cellar/accumulo/1.7.0/lib/slf4j-log4j12.jar
