The -zi and -zh options are unrecognized by the accumulo shell.  It doesn't
matter the combination.

*accumulo shell -u root -zi -zh*

*2014-05-27 18:58:49,790 [shell.Shell] ERROR:
org.apache.commons.cli.UnrecognizedOptionException: Unrecognized option:
-zi*
