I think these might be more accurate descriptions based on the changes that occurred to the
code after the point at which that snippet was put into the ACCUMULO-708 comments. 



1. JVM s ystem c lasspath     ---> JDK jars on the local server 

2. JVM application classpath  ---> Hadoop, ZK, accumulo-start and dependencies on the
local server 

3. Accumulo system classpath  ----> The rest of the accumulo jars and their dependencies
available via some Commons VFS destination 

4. Accumulo context classpaths ---> user jars specific to a context that they define and
bound to one or more tables, available via some Commons VFS destination .
