Christopher Tubbs resolved ACCUMULO-3103.

    Resolution: Not A Problem

We already switched to metrics2, as mentioned in the comments. I don't know if there is more
to do here. If there is more to do, please open a new issue at https://github.com/apache/accumulo/issues
