I want to get the same thing for a few projects, and the general precommit admin job doesn't
look at PRs yet.

Cool, thanks, Sean. The ASF-jenkins wiring is complete voodoo to me at this point. Still trying
to make sure I have our use of Yetus in a good position first, then going to worry about how
to make it automated :). I'm happy for any/all information you have.
