bq. Turns out you can remove sbts classloader from accumulo booting process, so no code changes
required.

I do wonder if it's more correct to just log a warning and proceed, ignoring "unrecognized"
classloaders, over throwing a runtime exception.

Really, it'd just be fabulous if MAC didn't have to spawn new processes and ran completely
in the existing JVM (and we could ignore all this outright), but that's still in the future
:)
