It is: old directory deletion entries look like this: {{~del/id/dirname}}

Splitting "/id/dirname" on "/" results in ["", "id", "dirname"].  We are treating the first
entry as the id, and the second entry as the directory name.

We only execute this part of the code if the directory doesn't exist, which happens when the
table has been deleted.
