Oh, wow, I didn't know he did this at all. I'd be in favor of making RW be a reusable, standalone
framework (still hosted within Accumulo) and then let our use of the test live in the current
test module. I'm guessing it would also make sense to do yarn deployment at the framework
level than in our use of it.

I'll keep it in mind when I get back to this.
