Christopher Tubbs commented on ACCUMULO-3100:
---------------------------------------------

Dropping back to 14.0.1 is reasonable, if it doesn't affect our code at all. Thanks, Josh.

But, since the problem appears to be introduced in a not-yet-released version of Hadoop, there's
still a chance to patch it before it is released.

Does anybody know if there is an existing HADOOP issue we can link this against, so they are
aware of the impact their use of deprecated/beta code has on downstream/dependent projects?
I didn't see one, but didn't have time to do a thorough look.

> JobSubmitted makes a call out to CryptoUtils to test for encrypted shuffle support that
was recently added to branch-2 (specifically HDFS-6134 and HADOOP-10150 looking at the blame)

> Because of this, we can't run the test because we can't load LimitInputStream because
we depend on Guava 15.0 which doesn't contain LimitInputStream.
