The client is talking to the master to figure out where to send the mutation, no? If that's
the case, it either stopped talking to the master (didn't invalidate the cache and get the
new location for the tablet) or the master kept returning stale data after the tserver's lock
was removed. Could have been that something else happened client side that prevent "normal"
operations of the BatchWriter (assuming that the BatchWriter is operating as expected)? Not
sure of a better way to exercise this -- maybe {{kill -STOP}} the client process too before
tserver1 is stopped?
