Andrew George Wells updated ACCUMULO-2851:
------------------------------------------

    Description:
When Importing a table, the code calls rename, which moves the file away. However, in some
use cases, the user may need to keep data intact. An option should be provided to not remove
the data from the import directory.

  was:
When Importing a table, the code calls rename, which moves the file away. I feel that this
is incorrect and the code should copy, not move.

The reasoning, is that the files are provided by the user and not managed by Accumulo, and
therefore Accumulo should have maintain the integrity of the files.
