I am ok w/ changing it since it was arbitrarily chosen.  I am curious about the actual usage
of open files as reported by lsof or /proc/<PID>/fd.  Of course it depends on how Accumulo
is used.  Would be interesting to run CI on 1,2,4,8,16,etc servers and see how the number
of open files grows.
