On the contrary. I do see the value in testing against a secure RPC. I don't see the value
in testing against a setup where "secure RPC" is not defined (in other words, the tester has
no insight into the configuration being tested). But, perhaps a patch will provide the desired
convenience, while still providing insight, so I'll defer to a review of any forthcoming patch.
