[~Jessica Seastrom] That's fine. I'm just thinking that it makes sense to intiialize the JVM
to the minimum requirements we know it's going to need for the test to run, and let it use
however much it wants. I think that with ACCUMULO-2781, though, the point is moot... as there'll
only be one JVM.
